Why grass fed and finished suet?

We use suet from grass fed and finished, pasture raised cattle. One cow yields approx. 6 lbs of suet. It's the most nutrient dense, prized for it's unique fatty acid profile that closely mirrors the natural fats found in our skin, making it bioidentical and highly absorbable.
